REturns & damages

Return POLICY

Item/s must be returned unwashed and in the same condition it was hired out.

 

Item/s must be returned within the next 2 days of hire. Some items may need to be returned within the next day as some others will be renting it out as well.

 

A late fee may apply if item/s are not returned in the given time frame.

 

items need to be wrapped back into the box and returned. we spend a lot of money packaging wise and if the box is not returned then only half of the bond will be refunded.

damages 

If item/s are damaged upon return, repair will be covered at client’s own expense.

 

If damages are beyond repair, client must pay RRP (recommended retail price) for the item/s.

 

Damages include: stains from makeup or tan, stretching, tear or holes, etc.
